As a small business, we do our absolute best to ship orders within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take a bit longer to process.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipments generally take between 3-8 business days to be delivered within the US.
Currently, we ship only within the US via webpage. However, other countries may be within our network via our Amazon Store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any wigs or hair bundles.
You may return most new, unopened items (on Accesories page) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please send the product back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever is convenient for you). Once you have sent the package out, send us an email at email@example.com including your return tracking number, your order number and the items you have sent back, and we will refund you for the items once we have received them. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If you have purchased your product directly through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon to process the refund. All orders placed directly through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy. Please note: We cannot accept any returns for items that are final sale.

Unfortunately, sometimes we may not be able to process certain custom orders or certain items run out of stock. Should this arise you will be refunded.
